I had a very good experience! Justin helped me out quite a bit to get the vehicle I wanted since I was having such a hard time. They were all extremely nice and very helpful. I purchased my vehicle about two months ago. I waited to do the review because I needed to see the issues with the vehicle before I posted. It’s been a really good vehicle except the oil light has come on and hasn’t shut off, along with my tire pressure light and there’s oil in the vehicle and air in the tires, so this must mean a short or something else with the engine which is very worrisome for me but I will be finding out soon enough. Hopefully just a short. The AC works but kicks out warm air and needs to be serviced which is an added expense. I love my car so I wouldn’t change it for the world but knowing this could’ve prepared me a little better for some things. I know owning a used vehicle there will be issues but a non working AC in Oklahoma heat definitely is one thing I could’ve done without it’s one of the reasons I needed a newer vehicle in the first place, since my AC in my older car wasn’t working properly. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and that’s why I gave them the five star especially for Justin and his kindness during a very hard time for me. I greatly appreciate you😊 All in all I absolutely love my car it’s what I’ve been wanting for a few years now after owning my other one for 17 years. I also just really appreciate them helping me get what I wanted!

I had a great experience. I worked with Justin over at Zeller Ford. He and I talked about some vehicle options for me. I had no way to get to them as my only vehicle was broke down. I picked a 2014 Mazda 6 and Justin helped me get approved over the phone. He then came and picked me up to get me over to Zeller Ford so I could test drive my new car and do the paperwork. Thank you and it was awesome and easy getting our new vehicle from Zeller Ford!

I took my father-in-laws car to get an oil change. The teck told me that during the inspection they found the brakes, and orders needed replaced for $1100. I told him i would take care of the breaks, and orders. He went to get the ticket ready and after quite some time, the teck returned and told me that when they started the car a check engine light and maintenance light came on and the transmission was popping. As it was not my car I said okay. I started the car and the transmission popped hard.then when I shifted the transmission shifted extremely hard. So I took the car straight to AutoZone to get the codes ran. Several sensors were showing needing replaced and it ran sluggish. When I was explaining this to my father-in-law we called the service manager and he yelled at my father-in-law. I'm taking it to topper Auto in Arkansas it's to get it repaired.

I can’t contacted Zeller Ford over the internet about a new Bronco Sport. I was contacted by Brittany and we communicated with her about the vehicle and how it was equipped. A few days later I scheduled with Brittany to come down and see the vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle sat right out front for us to look at. Brittany showed us a few things about equipment we were not aware of and after a brief discussion with the wife we decided to look at numbers. Within a short time we received a very fair offer on our trade and we finalized the purchase. The entire purchase of our new vehicle was smooth and painless. Tim and Brittany listened to all our questions and made this buying experience stress free. If all dealers treated customers this way they more than likely sell more cars.
